Job description

Job Title: Senior IT Consultant-692

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Duration: Contract or Permanent

Working Mode: Remote with occasional travel

Language: German B2 Certified

Context

The MaZuMo project involves creating an IT landscape for market roles in accordance with the Federal Network Agency's regulations for 16.7 Hz traction current. The project is complex and typically operates in agile or hybrid methodologies, utilizing tools like Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Services Required

Support for requirements management, test, and release management in Jira.

Consulting and creation of complex boards using the Planning App and Structure Gantt App.

Measuring project progress in Jira.

Creation, maintenance, and archiving of 60+ Jira projects, including change requests and risk management.

Reporting and statistics generation from Jira/Confluence.

User management and administration of technical users in GitLab.

Implementation and optimization of SharePoint for project management.

Project Details

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Service Provision: Primarily onshore; remote work is possible, but on-site attendance may be required.

Experience

Technical Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience with Jira and Confluence administration.
  • At least 1 year of experience in energy companies, preferably within the 16.7 Hz environment.
  • Proven experience in IT agile project work (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes.
  • Strong methodological competence, quality assurance processes, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in both English and German (B2 equivalent or better).
  • Experience with SharePoint administration and process modeling.
