Job description

Our client, a digital bank, is seeking experienced Team Leaders to join as part of a high-quality team working on a KYC Remediation project. Successful candidates will have extensive team leader experience managing teams within financial services, remediation or complaint handling environments.



Tell Me More

  • Start Dates: October and November 2024
  • Location: Fully remote (laptop collection from client hub on day one)
  • Rate: £350 per day
  • Work Pattern: Standard Business Hours
  • Duration: End December 2024 with likely extension



Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Support team to achieve productivity/quality targets
  • Learn and understand the process in depth
  • Resolve any underlying or ongoing issues with individual team members or the group as a whole
  • Make appropriate risk-based escalations and performance development plans for individual team members
  • Work collaboratively with operational and support functions conducting impact assessments and training needs identification
  • Deliver training through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Manage operational risk by ensuring governance and control processes are followed by your team




What Knowledge, Skills & Experience We Need


  • Minimum 12 months team leader experience managing teams within financial services, remediation or complaint handling environments
  • Previous KYC and/or screening experience would be a distinct advantage
  • Ability to attain and maintain specified quality and production targets
  • Proficient at MI tracking, reporting case status to management and progressing against deadlines
  • Effective at issue resolution, appropriate risk-based escalations, and performance development/ coaching of teams
  • Able to adapt to change, often at pace, and bring others with them
  • Stakeholder management and the ability to manage relationships and work at all levels
  • Ability to be flexible and reliable when working under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
