You may be ideal if you have:

  • 1 year minimum in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or equivalent role.
  • 1-year minimum Payment Integrity experience preferred.
  • CSPO Certification, or PSPO Certification required.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, business, OR equivalent 4 years of professional experience.
  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in planning and time management is crucial.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and align their expectations.
  • Strong adaptability to quickly assess issues and respond to evolving circumstances and new insights.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, disciplined approach, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to execute the product roadmap effectively.
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving is imperative.
  • Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams successfully.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and analytical capabilities are essential.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills are mandatory.
  • Comfortability working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment is required.
  • Skilled in managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities concurrently.
  • Travel as business required on a small scale, typically 10% of role.


Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture robust partnerships with key business collaborators.
  • Articulate and delineate the scope, defining backlog items such as Epics, features, and user stories to guide engineering development teams.
  • Conflict management in an interdepartmental capacity.
  • Craft and uphold a meticulously prioritized backlog of user stories for seamless implementation.
  • Tackle product-related challenges decisively, employing trade-off analysis to uphold commitments to business deliverables.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive grasp of end-to-end customer experience integrations and interdependencies.
  • Develop meticulously detailed specifications for product features to ensure clarity for development teams.
  • Serve as a representative of the team, interfacing with stakeholders, clients, and users.
  • Act as a vital member of the team, contributing expertise and collaboration.
  • Keep abreast of industry competitors and trends, staying attuned to emerging technologies and opportunities.
  • Deepen understanding of Agile practices, Lean Startup methodologies, and evolving technological landscapes.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Senior Leadership Team to align product development with company portfolio objectives.
  • Escalate usability and performance concerns as necessary, maintaining ownership until resolution.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
