If you are a design and content powerhouse, this opportunity allows you to exercise your expertise while working remotely as a Design and Content Coordinator (Graphic Designer).
We are seeking a skilled design and content professional with a knack for organizing and coordinating marketing and creative initiatives.
The candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging content that supports marketing initiatives that align with our client’s brand standards. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva and strong customer service skills for managing a ticket queue of custom marketing requests and maintaining the client’s marketing material library.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Design Support and Coordination across All Content and Creative Initiatives
- Create high-quality designs utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to produce visually appealing designs, staying updated on the latest design trends and tools.
- Develop and coordinate design and content for marketing campaigns and various media, such as social media, digital platforms, printed materials, and internal communications, ensuring consistency with branding standards.
- Contribute to design needs for the company’s events, retreats, podcasts, and other special design projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Contribute to measurable improvements in engagement metrics for marketing materials, including increased social media engagement, higher email click-through rates, and greater event participation.
Incorporate Clients Branding into Marketing Content and Libraries
- Update marketing libraries to ensure all marketing content is up-to-date with the latest branding and design standards.
- Maintain branding consistency by regularly auditing and updating design assets to ensure alignment with Client's branding across all platforms.
- Utilize Maxa Designs to upload, manage, and maintain reusable assets within the Company’s Marketing Library.
- Provide loan officers with access to up-to-date, on-brand materials, advising on the appropriate use of resources.
Manage Design Workflow
- Manage the design process from concept to production, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Follow established design expectations, turnaround times, and approval processes for all projects.
- Manage the ticket queue for custom design requests, ensuring timely and quality delivery of each project.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain smooth execution and timely completion of design tasks.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
- Work closely with loan officers to understand and fulfill custom design requests while providing guidance on best practices and maintaining brand consistency.
- Respond promptly to design requests, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction with the final product.
- Manage a ticket queue of custom marketing and design requests, ensuring clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements
Required Skills:
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficiency in Canva for creating engaging content
- Strong grasp of design principles (typography, color theory, layout)
- Experience designing for social media, digital, print, and internal communications
- Consistent application of brand guidelines across marketing materials
- Ability to manage design projects from concept to production, meeting timelines and budgets
- Excellent communication skills for working with loan officers and stakeholders
- Experience managing a ticket queue and prioritizing design requests
- Meticulous attention to quality and brand consistency in all designs
- Experience with digital asset management systems like Maxa Designs
Screening Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or branding role
- Demonstrated experience providing high-quality customer service and managing client requests
- Relevant certifications in Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools are a plus
