GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION: 

 The Senior Analyst Full Stack Developer with .NET is responsible for development, ongoing maintenance, and support of software systems, and to provide technical expertise and software solutions in related middleware, user interface, and user experience areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES



·         Design/architect and implement a complex, highly scalable services-oriented systems

·         Analyze specific and implied requirements and collaborate with other members of the team to design, build and deliver features to meet those requirements

·         Demonstrate strong leadership skills by driving the team to implement complex systems to the design specifications

·         Expertly apply software design patterns, practices, and architectural styles

·         Write clear and detailed technical specifications from which you and your teammates will implement complex systems

·         Communicate effectively with both other engineers and product-focused employees

·         Stay current on software development trends and advise on which ones, if any, Ansell should adopt.

·         Provide third level support for incidents and problems in designated areas of expertise.

·         Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

·         Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in dynamic team environment.



KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education



·         Required at least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Masters is a plus.



Job Experience



·         5+ years of professional experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining complex enterprise web applications

·         5+ years of experience developing web frontends (HTML5, Angular or similar)

·         5+ years of professional experience developing in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and/or Java and Spring Framework

·         3+ years of professional experience developing on a major cloud platform (Azure, AWS)

·         3+ years developing web services, including RESTful APIs

·         3+ years of professional experience developing in Linux environment

·         2+ years of professional experience with database design (SQL, NoSQL)

·         Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology.

·         Knowledge of Docker frameworks and orchestration (K9S) concepts.

·         Knowledge of source code control and configuration management concepts, experience with Git and Git workflows is essential.

·         Experience with principles and best practices in software development, configuration management and processes, including Agile Scrum and Kanban.

·         Capability to work with people in different time zones.
