Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development: Build and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient web applications using React, ensuring they are cross-browser compatible and optimized for massive audiences.
UI/UX & Design: Collaborate with product teams to translate UI/UX designs into interactive and visually appealing web applications. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that every user interface is intuitive and seamless.
Product Understanding: Work closely with product managers and designers to understand the business requirements and user needs, contributing to the overall product strategy and roadmap.
Performance Optimization: Ensure the applications are not only performant but also cost-effective in terms of serving resources. Implement best practices for optimizing load times, rendering performance, and reducing serving costs.
Production Awareness: Be prepared to respond to critical issues outside of regular working hours, as you would in an on-site role. If something breaks in the middle of the night, your swift action will be crucial to resolving the problem.
Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, designers, and product teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven hands-on experience in frontend development, particularly with React and related technologies.
Cross-Browser Expertise: Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and how to overcome them.
Performance Optimization: Experience in building high-performance web applications with low serving costs.
UI/UX Skills: A solid grasp of UI/UX principles, with the ability to create user-friendly interfaces.
Design Acumen: Ability to translate design concepts into functional web applications with pixel-perfect precision.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of the application is polished and refined.
Working Hours: Willingness to work according to Israel working hours (10:00 - 19:00 Israel time) and Israeli weekdays (Friday and Saturday are considered weekends).
Production Awareness: A proactive approach to maintaining production stability, with a readiness to address issues as they arise, regardless of the hour.
