Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced SEO-Focused Content and Copywriter who is passionate about creating engaging, research-driven content that ranks well in search engines. This role will focus on writing content that targets both the top and bottom of the funnel, covering skill-specific keywords like Hire Python, Angular, Node.js Developers. The ideal candidate is someone who understands how to write for SEO, conduct keyword research, and utilize SEO tools to optimize content performance


Key Responsibilities:

  • Keyword-Driven Content Creation: Write high-quality, optimized content to rank for specific skill-focused keywords such as Python, Angular, Node.js, and related technologies
  • Full Funnel Content Strategy: Create content for both top-level funnel (educational blogs, industry insights) and bottom-level funnel (service pages, lead conversion content) to engage potential clients at all stages
  • Research-Based Writing: Conduct in-depth research on target keywords, industry trends, and the hiring market to craft insightful content that addresses reader needs
  • SEO Optimization: Use SEO tools to identify relevant keywords, optimize on-page elements (such as headings, meta descriptions, and alt text), and ensure content is SEO-friendly
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align content with overall company objectives and ensure consistency in messaging
  • Performance Tracking and Improvement: Monitor the performance of published content and update it to improve rankings and organic traffic as needed


Requirements

  • SEO Writing Experience: 2-7 years of proven experience writing SEO-optimized content, preferably in the tech or hiring/recruitment space
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of development technologies like Python, Angular, and Node.js, and ability to write authoritatively about them
  • Proficiency in SEO Tools: Experience using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Keyword Planner to guide content strategy and improve performance
  • Strong Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research to provide value-added insights and tailor content to specific audiences
  • Content Optimization Expertise: Skilled in creating and optimizing content to rank high for both broad keywords and long-tail keywords relevant to hiring engineers
