Due to the high demand for our award-winning Privileged Access Management (PAM) team, we are in need of CyberArk Security Engineers based in Romania. Our team is characterized by its quality and the way we collaborate and learn from each other. Key responsibilities:

• Participate in 24x7 rotation.
• Investigate and resolve complex PAM issues by analyzing logs, performing in-depth system and application analysis.
• Lead the resolution of PAM incidents, following defined incident management processes.
• Analyse recurring or systemic issues and contribute to problem management initiatives for long-term solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute system enhancements, upgrades, and patches for PAM platforms and associated components. Ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption to PAM services. Perform System testing, documentation, and communication of changes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to optimize PAM system performance.
• Participate in change and release management activities for PAM systems. Review and assess proposed changes, conduct impact analysis, and develop implementation plans. Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of system changes and enhancements.

Skills and experience:

• You enjoy working in a friendly environment where you are challenged and can learn from our CyberArk Consultants
• Hands on experience of CyberArk, at least CyberArk Defender (level 2) certified or have practical experience.
• SME knowledge of PAM and CyberArk best practices
• Information Security and/or Identity and Access Management domain experience
• Highly organized, with ability to work independently or as part of a team
• You have strong analytical skills, are customer-oriented, and can explain complex issues in simple terms.
• Excellent English
