Job description

We're seeking three experienced C++ Developers to join our IT Consulting Services team. You'll work on innovative projects for top-tier Wealth & Asset Management clients, collaborating with international experts and contributing to transformative business solutions.

Terms Of Engagement

Area: Consulting IT (Wealth & Asset)

Localisation: 100% remote

Start: ASAP (max 3 months notice period)

Salary rate (determined individually): 160 - 185 PLN net + VAT / h Terms: B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term

Recruitment process (100% remotely):

  • Phone "hello" interview with 1dea recruitment consultant (~10 min)
  • Technical and business conversation with our Client (approx. 1 hour)

Scope Of Duties

  • Develop new C++ features for Wealth & Asset Management products
  • Work with diverse databases and data models
  • Contribute to Agile Scrum projects using tools like Git, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and Jenkins

Requirements

  • Proven C++ programming experience (3+ years)
  • Proficiency with libraries like Kafka and queue libraries
  • In-depth knowledge of linked lists, maps, STL, and vectors
  • Expertise in developing and working with relational databases (e.g., Sybase, MySQL)
  • English @ B2+ level (international team)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with multi-tier application architecture and high-performance caching solutions
  • Understanding of data modeling techniques
  • Strong foundation in SDLC best practices (TDD, unit testing, Agile, CI/CD)
  • Problem-solving skills and a creative mindset
