  • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project delivery, including coordination with offshore development groups.
  • Design and implement advanced analog electronics solutions, focusing on low-power, high-accuracy interfaces for field sensors and transducers.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of IO standards (e.g., 4-20mA, HART, DI/DO) and industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, Modbus, and CAN-FD.
  • Work with 32-bit/64-bit processor and microcontroller-based designs, with experience in industry-standard architectures such as NXP and STM.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards for EMI/EMC, functional safety, and regulatory frameworks such as IEC61000 and UL.

Qualifications_

  • 10+ years of experience in hardware development and product design.
  • Extensive experience in hardware design, including memory devices (DDR, NAND, NOR), schematic reviews, PCB layout, and system-level testing.
  • Proficiency in reverse engineering and design analysis, with the ability to lead junior engineers in detailed circuit-level analysis and simulations using tools like SPICE and MATLAB.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard design tools such as Cadence and Allegro for PCB and schematic development.
