The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for administrative support of the recruitment processes for our Clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support of recruitment processes (eg.: job posting, interview scheduling, onboarding)
  • Processing and analyzing recruitment data
  • Cooperation with recruitment units in EMEA
  • Daily applicant tracking system maintenance
  • Creating, filing, and maintaining the filing system for resumes, applications, and miscellaneous paperwork
  • Performing other related duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration
  • Previous Recruitment coordination experience - beneficial
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-reliance, initiative in action, and impeccable organization of work
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus
  • Ability to work in a team
