Recruiter with Arabic (remotely from Poland)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process
• Partner with other TA members and the client to deliver, understand, qualify and prioritize current demand
• Continuously maintain an attractive network/pipeline of potential candidates
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and candidates

What we’re looking for:

• 2 years of experience in recruitment and sourcing activities
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements prioritizing a client-centric approach
• Proficiency in evaluating job descriptions and data needed to determine courses of action
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience with financial market would be beneficial
