Your Role at Sephora: As a Senior Network Architect at Sephora, you will be at the forefront of our network strategy, driving the design and implementation of sophisticated, scalable, and secure network solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping our multi-cloud strategy and ensuring our network infrastructure meets the evolving needs of our business. This role will report to the Senior Director, Network Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Architectural Vision and Leadership: Lead the development and deployment of advanced network architectures, ensuring alignment with Sephora's strategic goals and business objectives
• Strategic Network Planning: Formulate and drive comprehensive network strategies, focusing on scalability, resilience, and future growth
• Performance and Optimization: Oversee continuous network performance evaluations, implementing enhancements to maintain optimal performance, reliability, and availability
• Security and Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous security protocols and compliance standards, safeguarding Sephora’s network infrastructure
• Technical Design Delivery: Produce high-quality architecture artifacts, including high-level designs, detailed roadmaps, and thorough test plans
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with various technical and business teams, translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions

We're excited about you if you have:

• Extensive Expertise: 8-10 years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing complex network infrastructures across GCP, Azure, and on-premises environments
• Cloud and Hybrid Environments: Proven track record of delivering solutions in hybrid, multi-cloud, and cloud-native environments
• Advanced Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco switches, Aruba APs, Clearpass, F5, and advanced knowledge of Azure UDR, BGP, NSG, ASG, Vnets, VNG, ISE/ASE, Databricks, Redis, and SDN
• BGP Environment Mastery: Skilled in designing, scaling, and troubleshooting large-scale BGP environments
• Network Automation Proficiency: Extensive experience with network automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and proficiency in scripting for network configurations and managemeny
• Leadership and Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale network projects, mentor team members, and drive technological innovation within the organization
