Job description

ITMAGINATION helps its Clients by becoming a true extension of their software and data development capabilities. Through the readily set up, comprehensive, and self-governing teams, we let our Clients focus on their business while we make sure that their software products and data tools scale up accordingly and with outstanding quality.

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the QA Engineer position and participate in our up-and-coming project from the gaming industry.

You can expect:

  • Test Planning and Execution
  • Preparing comprehensive test plans based on user stories and requirements
  • Writing detailed test cases to ensure thorough testing coverage
  • Executing manual test cases and report defects promptly and accurately
  • Backend Testing: Performing backend testing, ensuring the functionality of server-side components
  • Utilizing tools such as Postman for API testing

Requirements

  • Proven experience in backend testing and familiarity with API testing
  • Proficiency with Postman or similar tools for testing APIs
  • Knowledge of multiservice and microservices architecture
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Familiarity with Java-based applications
  • Understanding of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team
  • Proficiency in English at least at B2 level
