We're actively looking for Mortgage New Business Coordinators to join our established team and contribute towards our continual success with our exclusive client.


Mortgage New Business Coordinator - you’ll be instrumental in initiating first-class customer service to our new customers.


As an enthusiastic, experienced New Business Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for the clients customers.


My client - an award-winning industry-leading next-generation Brokerage are privately owned, with innovative FinTech. They leverage technology to change the Mortgage Industry for the better.


As the one of the largest Second Charge Mortgage brokers in the UK, they also specialise in First Charge Mortgages, Insurance, and Bridging and Commercial Loans.


They pride themselves on being an innovative, technology-driven mortgage brokerage. The cutting-edge technology platform enables them to offer bespoke financial solutions to customers.



Requirements

- Experience of working within a target driven environment - a successful track record of exceeding sales targets.

- Proven experience in telephone outbound sales, able to handle objections, and build rapport with customers.

- Process driven whilst maintaining high compliance standards.


Desirable

- Current or recent experience in a regulated finance company.

- Experience in broking in the mortgage market.

- Experience in high-volume customer calls within a mortgage brokerage.

- Exceptional IT skills, including the use of the full Microsoft package.

- Experience using bespoke CRM software
