Project Manager | Stefanini Group | China

Stefanini is hiring for multiple Project Managers to support a China based client. Candidates in China will report to a facility located in Shanghai, remote candidates can be based on India or the Philippines.

PM's with experience managing projects in one or more of the following areas are needed:

Business Intelligence
QAD (ERP System)
MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
Infrastructure
Shoop Floor Systems

Assignments will range in duration from 6 - 18 months depending on projects assigned

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts
Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations
Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts daily, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately
Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers
Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed
Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
Manages one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity
More senior role has responsibility for multiple large, complex projects with greater impact to the enterprise

Skills, Licenses, Knowledge, Education And Training Requirements:

5-10 years" experience required
Requires mastery technical and business knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Infra, MES, shopfloor, ERP-QAD, BI
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of a particular field of specialization to the completion of difficult assignments
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience
'Soft Skills' needed for all positions: Ability to flourish in an ambiguous environment
Ability to communicate effectively with senior management
Proven experience with complex business and technical analysis
Proven capability to quickly grasp new processes and technologies
Proven performance in a highly inter-dependent team environment
Proven performance working independently
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Shift flexibility and schedule adherence are required for the position
