Description

We are looking for a talented Clinical Analyst with a background in general dentistry to join our diverse and dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with orthodontic planners, providing clinical guidance and feedback to ensure top-notch quality in every treatment plan. You’ll be part of a collaborative team where your problem-solving skills and clinical expertise will make a real impact.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical support and guidance to the Orthodontic Planners (OTP) and CAD teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, handling escalations, clarifying clinical doubts, and conducting deep dives into issues as needed.
  • Generate and create reports on demand, using your insights to help drive improvements in clinical processes.
  • Participate in team meetings and huddles to ensure KPI compliance (IE QA,clinical FAQ, etc). 
  • Interact with other departments to escalate customer feedback, continuously improve our service.
  • Stay up to date on internal work processes, policies and procedures.
  • Conduct 1:1 mentoring meetings with OTP Technicians to provide clinical support and feedback.
  • Maintain up to date production metrics

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in General Dentistry (General Dentist)
  • 3+ years of clinical orthodontic experience

Required Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for teamwork and problem-solving.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and follow through on items to complete.

Work Environment

  • Office environment up to 100%
  • Work is generally performed in an open office, sedentary position
