🚀Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Representative based in India!

With a strong presence in 70+ countries, we operate in a vibrant, startup-like environment. This role focuses on growing our B2B sales in the fast-expanding EUROPE region for Rail Europe.


Responsibilities:

🔍 Prospecting (45%)

  • Research and reach out to potential travel industry clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads via calls/emails.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline.


đź“Š Salesforce & Back-Office (15%)

  • Manage the Salesforce CRM for the European sales team.
  • Handle key account contracts and data updates.
  • Generate reports to track sales performance.


🎓 Travel Agent Training (10%)

  • Develop and deliver training programs.
  • Ensure agents are up-to-date on products.


đź’¬ Customer Support (10%)

  • Provide excellent support and resolve client issues.
  • Collaborate with support teams to maintain high satisfaction.


đź‘Ą Account Management (10%)

  • Oversee B2B web portal accounts.
  • Assist with account-related inquiries.


đź“Ł Marketing (10%)

  • Update presentations and manage regional campaigns.


Team Structure:

  • You’ll be part of a team of 3, working closely with the Business Developer.


Education:

🎓 A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.


Experience:

đź“Š 2+ years of sales-related experience in a similar position with a proven track record.

🚆 Experience in the travel industry is essential, with a preference for knowledge in the train sector.


Skills:

🌍 Fluent in English/Spanish Italian or German would be a plus.

🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

⏰ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

đź’Ş Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
