Role Name: Inside Sales Representative - Moving Services

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM with 1 hour of unpaid break
  • Client Timezone: Eastern Time (ET)

Job Description

Take on an exciting role as an Inside Sales Representative, where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers planning their relocations. Working with qualified, warm leads, you’ll leverage our client’s outstanding reputation and proven track record to help customers make informed decisions about their moving needs. Responsibilities
  • Convert qualified inbound leads into confirmed moving service bookings
  • Provide detailed consultations on moving services, explaining company capabilities and processes
  • Guide customers through the booking process, ensuring all requirements are properly documented
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics and conversion targets
  • Collaborate with the management team to optimize sales processes
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally while maintaining high service standards
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, particularly in service-based industries
  • Strong English communication skills with professional phone presence
  • Experience with CRM systems and VOIP platforms (RingCentral experience a plus)
  • Reliable computer with high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to work independently and maintain consistent performance metrics
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
  • Previous experience in logistics, moving, or related customer service roles preferred
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics and KPIs
  • Professional home office environment with minimal background noise
