The Technical Support Analyst (Client Support) is a software support position for a warehouse management system. The candidate will be expected to interact with the client and troubleshoot issues with the system. They will also be required to identify and resolve mid to complex problems, create documentation, and provide solutions to the client. They will also be required to understand business processes and communicate effectively with the implementation team.
