The Role

• According to customer needs, received orders and in line with internal standards & processes provide high quality service to customers in agreed schedule and high quality
• Plan and execute calibrations of tools and systems in line with clients orders and internal standards
• Take active care and further develop professional relationship with customers
• Actively cooperate and timely communicate with Sales teams to ensure proper information flow and maximizing customer satisfaction
• Timely and completely plan and report all own activities and data in line with internal standards via dedicated CRM system
• Keep high level of utilization and efficiency of own work

What we expect of you?

• Education: min. secondary school + graduation, technical education necessary
• Languages: Czech, level: fluent + English, level: min. intermediate
• PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience (experience in industrial production, maintenance or repair necessary, experience with calibrations necessary)
• Independent, self managed, success-motivated person with can-do approach
• Technical thinking and drive to learn and develop
• Proactivity and good communication skills
• Ability to plan & prioritize own work efficiently and work under pressure
• Certificate to work with electrical devices in line with local legislation is necessary
• Driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
• Calibration authorization and advanced level of calibration process
