Technical Delivery Lead

Ardanis Technologies Limited is seeking a dynamic Technical Delivery Manager to join our team with an immediate start. Requirements

• Oversee and support the agile development process, ensuring best practices are followed
• Responsible for multiple technical delivery projects, ensuring they are delivered in line with the technical requirements and that the agile process is being followed consistently
• Work closely with Agile Teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog, aligning delivery with business goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and efficiency in delivery processes.
• Guide team members in technical problem-solving and provide mentorship to promote professional development.
• Utilize metrics and data to track project performance and derive actionable insights and lessons learned for future projects

Skills

• Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
• Strong technical background, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging with clients is highly advantageous.
