At Industrial Growth, we build marketing engines for industrial startups. Since our founding in 2023, we’ve partnered with clients across different industrial sectors, helping them develop compelling brands and generate millions in pipeline.

We’re looking for a Brand Designer to join our small, remote team. In this role, you’ll craft fresh, impactful brand identities and design visually striking websites, working directly with clients who are unusually open to innovative ideas. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Demand Gen Manager and Developer to ensure designs are translated perfectly into finished products.

Your responsibilities:

Create new brand identities (logos, colors, fonts, and illustration styles) for industrial startups
Share your creative ideas with clients, implement their feedback, and help guide them toward fresh concepts
Design websites from wireframe to finished product, ensuring alignment with the final build in collaboration with our developer
Occasionally turn ad concepts into polished campaigns, brochures, print collateral, and slide decks

Requirements

A portfolio showcasing at least two strong website designs and two branding projects
Expertise in Figma (90% of your work will be here) and some experience with Canva; familiarity with Adobe Suite (InDesign) for occasional print work
A self-organized, independent worker comfortable with minimal structure in a remote environment
Experience collaborating with developers to bring web designs to life
Ad design or motion design experience is a plus but not required
