Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking users via phone, email, and chat for media streaming platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to account management, technical problems, and service inquiries.
  • Guide customers through platform features and functionalities, enhancing their overall user experience.
  • Document customer interactions and issues accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
  • Engage in ongoing training to improve your knowledge of media streaming technologies and customer service techniques.
  • Contribute to team goals by sharing knowledge and providing feedback for process improvements.

Requirements
