Job description

Grecotel Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dynamic UK Sales Executive to expand our UK team. As part of the leading hotel chain in Greece, you will have the chance to represent our renowned hospitality and help travel agents drive sales. As a UK Sales Executive, your mission will be to assist the team in fostering relationships with travel agencies and providing the best experience for them and their guests.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting agents with their requests and collaborating with our hotels to enhance guest experience.
  • Assisting agents with personal stays and the organization of fam trips and conferences.
  • Managing our exciting new loyalty programme and training portal.
  • Liaising with the marketing team to ensure the most up-to-date material is presented to our guests.
  • Representing Grecotel at industry events and fairs when needed to support the team.
  • Scheduling regular meetings with the sales team to align on goals and strategies.
  • Maintaining an organized database.
  • Assisting our loyal travel agents on our Facebook groups.
  • Assisting the sales team with event planning.
  • Attending events and fam trips either in the UK or Greece.

Requirements

  • Able to travel in the UK and Greece.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Self-organized, flexible, and motivated, with a knack for problem-solving.
  • A systematic and goal-oriented approach, while also thriving in a team environment.
  • Independence and a drive for success, viewing travel as a chance to expand horizons.
  • A desire to develop in the role.
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of Greek and additional languages will be considered as an asset
