What you will do:
- Monitor orders received through our various sales platforms
- Manual fulfillment of particular orders as appropriate
- Liaise with Logistics department where required for shipping, or shipment information
- Check and curate across all websites/webshops to ensure accuracy in stocks for sale and available products
- Processing staff, partner and direct sales orders
- Daily support tasks for Sales Operations Manager as advised
- Carry out responsibilities in line with team training and policy
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Experience in a similar role (high volume, fast-moving, automated sales order administration)
- Sales-savvy, experienced in administrative office work, and excellent interdepartmental and client communication
- A service-driven attitude towards all work – ensuring we provide the best service possible, as quickly as possible, to all customers
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Will be a great plus:
- Shopify/NetSuite or similar systems experience
- Good MS Office skills especially Excel
- Good Google Suite/Workplace knowledge
