Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service to Slovenian-speaking clients across various communication channels.
Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document all interactions accurately in the customer management system.
Provide product information and support based on customer needs.
Work with a team to identify trends and improve service delivery.

Requirements

Natively fluent in Slovenian and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Experience in customer service or a similar field is advantageous.
