As a Norwegian Speaking Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in liaising between our clients and the digital agency teams. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project activities, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of services. Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution of client campaigns.
  • Collaborate with digital agency team members to align on project goals and client expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients regularly.
  • Assist clients in understanding the agency’s offerings and strategies to facilitate successful partnerships.
  • Document meeting notes, project milestones, and client feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of digital marketing and agency processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Norwegian (both spoken and written) with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in English to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Experience in account coordination, project management, or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new cultural experience.
