Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information services or related field required, 5 years of direct experience as a ServiceNow admin or application owner, 5 years of ITS technical application support experience, 5 years of computer hardware and/or software troubleshooting techniques, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or Developer plus ITIL Certification is highly desirable.
Key responsabilities:
- Coordinate and integrate program related activities through corporate applications
- Define system scope, objectives and business requirements
- Assist business customers with development and configuration decisions
- Support and maintain assigned applications; serve as point-of-contact
- Optimize existing service catalog offerings and proselytize automation strategies
