AI Product Manager

We are recruiting an ambitious AI Product Manager to join IAG technology (IAG is at the forefront of the AI revolution in the Telecommunication and CX space, from driving
innovation in ML, Cloud computing, and software engineering, our projects span various sectors, including customer services, telecommunications, big data and automation leveraging the latest in AI/ML technologies to solve real-world problems.) team to help our customers in their AI Journey. 

You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of the company technology product & services offering, AI software and infrastructure, and overseeing their execution. This hands-on role involves leading the design and implementation of AI solutions with a keen focus on scalability, efficiency, and business impact.

You'll work with skilled engineering team, foster cross-disciplinary cooperation, and play a key role in making key product and technology decisions. Your leadership will empower the team to make critical decisions and take full responsibility to deliver state of the art innovative AI projects, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across engineering and business domains.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Discovery: Spearhead product incubation processes to validate ideas, understand customer needs, and shape product direction before development begins.
- Business Case Creation: Develop concise business cases for new initiatives, highlighting costs, benefits, and market potential to support investment decisions.
- Roadmap Development: Craft and maintain clear product roadmaps, aligning short and long-term objectives with business strategies.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize and refine the product backlog to ensure focus on high-impact features that meet customer and business needs.
- Business Requirements: Define and document comprehensive business requirements for all features, ensuring clarity and alignment with user expectations.
- CX Feedback Integration: Systematically collect and incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine product offerings.
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Plan and execute effective go-to-market strategies for product
launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless rollouts.

Qualifications:
- Good expertise in AI / ML product development
- Strong experience in New Product Development / New Product Introduction
- Proven experience in Product Discovery and Human / Customer Centric Design
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle,
- Good expertise in Lean / Agile Product delivery methodologies, and lean startup principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS projects, with a focus on deployment and scalability in cloud environments.
- A master’s degree in computer science, AI, mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience in startup/scale-up environment is a nice +
