Regional Sales Manager - Île-de-France region and surroundings

Our client is a prominent international leader in the furniture industry, recognized for its strong presence in both the Netherlands and global markets. As a key supplier to buying groups, wholesalers, and furniture stores, the company has earned its reputation for excellence. Their innovative Research and Development (R&D) department has created cutting-edge interior concepts, including several iconic European brands, that have achieved great success. 

With over 350 passionate professionals at their modern headquarters in the Netherlands, they are now seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast region.

Role Overview: In this exciting and dynamic role, you will independently and proactively analyze potential markets, turning them into thriving business opportunities. As the Regional Sales Manager, your primary focus will be acquiring new customers while implementing and maintaining visually striking furniture displays and innovative interior concepts for the company’s three flagship brands. You will also have the opportunity to represent the company at prestigious international furniture exhibitions, collaborating closely with a team of industry experts. Your mission goes beyond driving revenue growth; you will play a key role in managing profit margins and shaping the future market strategy of the company. Reporting directly to the Sales Director and working closely with the Commercial Director at the Netherlands headquarters, you will have a significant impact on the company’s success.

Candidate Profile:

  • A higher education degree or equivalent extensive professional experience.
  • Energetic, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach to achieving commercial success.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales is essential; experience in the furniture industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in both French and English, given the international scope of the role.
  • A resident of the Southeast region, with the flexibility to travel and stay in hotels for multiple days.
