The Role:
We are on the hunt for a visionary Senior Electrical Engineer to join our globally dispersed Gaming Electrical Engineering team, spanning Europe and Asia. Our sustainability mission is to empower everyone to pursue their passions in ways that benefit both society and the environment.
As part of this Electrical Engineering for Sustainability role, you will:
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source eco-friendly materials.
Validate the performance of electrical engineering designs to ensure they meet sustainability goals.

Innovate for Sustainability: Contribute to our electronics sustainability technology roadmap.
Drive explorations in electronics and PCB technologies to reduce our environmental footprint.
Evaluate and Integrate: Assess new sustainable technologies or components in our products based on performance, user experience, risk, cost, reliability, and manufacturability.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design for sustainability team to explore possible opportunities.
Pioneer New Technologies: Validate and introduce cutting-edge sustainable technologies into our products.
Key Qualifications:
What You Bring: We are seeking a passionate, environmentally-conscious professional with the following skills and experiences:
Environmental Passion: A deep commitment to environmental protection and sustainability.
Technical Expertise: Knowledge of electronic components, manufacturing processes, and experience in:
PCBA and electrical designs
USB (2.0, PD), SPI, I2C
Battery management ICs
DCDC regulators (step-up, step-down, LDO)
LEDs driving circuits
ESD/EFT troubleshooting
EMI troubleshooting
Time Management: Strong prioritization and time management skills.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English.
Team Spirit: A team player with an outspoken, open-minded, and creative personality.
Proactive Mindset: A self-starter with a curious, creative, and proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry.
Proficient PCB layout capabilities (DC to >1GHz).
Knowledge of PCB processing.
Experience in organic electronics and printed electronics is a plus.
Familiarity with Design for Sustainability (ecodesign) of electronic products.
Exposure to a multicultural working environment.
Acquainted with quality tools (8D…), design tools (DOE, DFMEA…), and raw data analysis (CPK…) is a plus.
