Electrical Engineer

Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a talented Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design and integration of electrical systems across various projects. You will develop and model electrical services, such as power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems, ensuring alignment with the project’s design strategy. Your role will require adherence to relevant building codes and standards while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and cohesive project solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Electrical Design:

○ Develop and model electrical services (power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, etc.) in conjunction with

the project's design strategy.

○ Ensure that electrical designs align with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.

• BIM Coordination:

○ Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, structural) and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.

○ Coordinate design efforts with external consultants such as architects and clients.

• Documentation and Deliverables:

○ Produce high-quality 3D models, 2D drawings, and schedules of quantities from the BIM model for pricing.

○ Prepare detailed project specifications based on product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.

• Technical Expertise:

○ Demonstrate a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, including circuit theory, power systems, and electrical codes.

○ Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM methodologies and technologies.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering design, with at least 1 year of hands-on professional experience using Revit.
• Proven proficiency in BIM software, especially Revit.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and their application in building design.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• AutoCAD and Solidworks background
• IELTS certificate or similar
• Portfolio of projects completed

• Salary: 55,000 - 60,000 Php
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Tentative)
