How you’ll fit in to the big picture ✨

As boxxe’s Marketing Manager, you will accelerate boxxe's growth by optimising new and existing Marketing activity and play a crucial part across Campaign planning, channel execution and performance analysis. Leading on Email Marketing, supporting in CMS management, optimising Marketing processes, channel and service expansion that drive boxxe’s growth and expansion across all things Marketing.

What you’ll be doing 🎯
  • Manage, coordinate, and execute all aspects of boxxe’s email marketing campaigns.
  • Establish email marketing as a key growth opportunity for the business.
  • Research and develop strategies for promotions and new initiatives.
  • Analyse market trends, demographics, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management, execution, and analysis of campaigns.
  • Coordinate with agencies (SEO, PR, Paid Media, Brand) to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Manage KPIs and performance reporting in collaboration with the Head of Performance.
  • Plan and report on partner campaigns, including data analysis.
  • Oversee and support campaign execution across Paid Media channels (Google Ads, Display, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta) to achieve objectives and targets.
  • Support organic and SEO efforts, including opportunity spotting, on-site optimisation, and content creation.
  • Collaborate with agencies to ensure effective SEO strategy and implementation.
  • Own the performance and reporting of email marketing KPIs and campaigns.
  • Plan and brief web content in collaboration with the Brand and E-Commerce teams.
  • Help create landing pages using Magento/Storyblok.
  • Work closely with the SEO agency to ensure efficient planning and swift execution.

  • Proficiency in strategy and execution of Email Marketing and applicable management tools
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Innovative and creative thinking 
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges 
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in digital, user funnels and conversion rate optimisation
  • Demonstrated skill communicating effectively across levels
  • Talent for rallying teams around well-documented processes
  • Meticulous attention to detail and reporting
  • Experience in the IT industry (desired not essential)
  • Budget-management skills and appropriate level of proficiency (desired not essential)
