University-Internal Audit Intern

The Opportunity:

Internal Audit is uniquely positioned and plays a critical role in supporting Booz Allen’s overall risk management. Internal Audit performs audits and advisory services of business processes across all functions to address operational, financial, compliance, and strategic risks. That’s why we need you, an internal auditor intern who wants to provide impactful work that will also expand your understanding of a company’s operations.  

As an internal auditor intern on our team, you’ll bring a new perspective to how a company can manage its risks more efficiently and effectively.

You Have:

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word 

  • Ability to work independently and in teams 

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance 

  • Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree between Winter 2025 and Spring/Summer 2026 

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with conducting data analytics and visualization 

  • Experience with documenting business processes 

  • Knowledge of general information technology or information systems

  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Possession of excellent critical thinking skills 

  • Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or Finance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $42,600.00 to $87,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
