Job description

Customer Experience Team Members are excellent listeners, problem solvers and have an unquenchable thirst for learning and continuous improvement. Team members will be responsible for:

· Having fun, learning every day and delighting Customers!

· Assisting customers who call, email, and chat with questions ranging from product overviews to installation assistance to care and maintenance.

· Taking complete ownership of interactions with customers which may include performing additional research, interacting with other dept. for technical guidance, and making outbound calls back to our customers.

· Utilizing of multiple computer software and systems including, but not limited to, Salesforce.com, Microsoft SharePoint, JDE Edwards, Five9 Contact Center Software.

· Provide World Class support to Customers including answering questions, delivering technical recommendations, and facilitating marketing collateral.

Customer Experience Team Members will have opportunity to work from home as performance allows and will report to the Customer Experience Team Supervisor.
