About You:

We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our dynamic team. Are you passionate about remote talent solutions and eager to tackle lead generation? This unique role blends pre-sales expertise with proactive prospecting, offering the perfect blend of challenge and reward.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate high-quality leads for Motum recruiting services.
  • Collaborate with the team to qualify leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls and showcase Motum's offerings to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to demonstrate the value of Motum's services.
  • Identify leads through the sales funnel, ultimately closing deals and earning performance-based commissions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and remain informed about Motum services.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Passionate Salesperson: Thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and enjoy exceeding goals.
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of IT products and HR services.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrate a proven track record of successful lead generation and sales conversions.
  • Communication & Presentation Master: Possess exceptional communication, presentation, active listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical Understanding: Able to comfortably navigate technical discussions and translate product value to clients clearly.
  • Active & Flexible: Highly motivated with the ability to actively engage during core hours (9 AM - 5 PM PST) and flexible to work up to 8 hours daily.
  • Autonomous Worker: Thrive in a flexible work environment and enjoy the self-directed nature of the role.
Additional Information:
  • πŸ•˜ Working Hours: Flexible, depending on needs (usually 9am-5pm PT)
  • πŸ’Ό Full-Time: 40 hours per week
  • πŸ’°Monthly Compensation: $1000-$1,500 USD base + bonus
  • πŸ“‘ Type of Contract: Independent contractor
