Job Opportunity: Paid Media Specialist - TikTok Expert
Location: Remote (must be located in the US and be able to work East Coast hours)
Duration: 12 month contract with the possibility of extension

Are you passionate about hands-on execution and have a deep understanding of TikTok's advertising platform? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist with 2-4 years of experience, particularly in actively building and managing campaigns on TikTok. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with a prominent client in the video game industry.

In this role, you will:

  • Execute Campaigns: Serve as the platform expert, independently building, configuring, and managing paid media campaigns on TikTok.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Monitor campaign performance meticulously, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to achieve and exceed KPIs.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous QA processes to ensure campaign accuracy and effectiveness, maintaining high standards throughout execution.
  • A/B Testing: Perform A/B testing to refine strategies and maximize ROI, ensuring every campaign is optimized for success.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends and updates on TikTok to ensure campaigns are at the cutting edge.
  • Collaborate: Work closely within the team to contribute to overall success, while managing relationships with media partners to enhance campaign performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • Hands-on Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in executing paid media campaigns, specifically on TikTok. Experience within an agency environment or large-scale company is a must.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge and experience with TikTok's advertising platform is essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with a love for data. You should have a sharp eye for detail and a serious approach to QA processes.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive, independent problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data and insights effectively to stakeholders.
