Job description

Overview: 

To ensure that all common technical service requests are handled to meet or exceed client expectations using the tools and training provided.

What you'll do:

  • Onboard, support & engage with Veritext Partners
  •  Prioritize, assign and troubleshoot all calls, voicemails, emails,  support tickets and other requests reporting technical problems
  • Handle problem recognition, research, resolution, and follow-up, referring more complex problems to leads
  • Manage deliverables associated with a project by prioritizing, tracking, and completing assigned tasks
  • Serve as support for some Veritext related software
  • Provide assistance to videographers, digital reporters and other independent contractors as applicable (e.g., directions, my equipment is not working, logistical issues, etc.); escalate to appropriate Veritext colleague if necessary
  • Collaborate with various internal & external stakeholders with similar objectives
  • Evaluate Independent Contractors for quality assurance on a regular basis

Who you are:

  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office required
  • Familiarity with content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Acrobat highly desirable
  • Experience with Court Reporting Industry a plus 
  • Proficient with various audio & video formats
  • Proficient in relevant content software and remote support applications
  • Customer service oriented with strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Dedicated professional with the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately
  • Must be detailed oriented, organized and be able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet or exceed deadlines
  • Proactive and motivated with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
