Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, flexible between9AM - 5PM Williams Landing, VIC (6 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Manila Time)

Job Description

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding the reach and impact of this specialized counseling practice. You’ll manage the practice’s online presence, execute targeted marketing campaigns, and handle essential administrative tasks using the Halaxy CRM system. This position offers a unique blend of healthcare marketing and practice management, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives while developing your skills in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.


Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships using Halaxy CRM, handling scheduling, invoicing, and communications
  • Create and execute engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture client relationships
  • Develop and maintain a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram and Facebook
  • Generate compelling content for various marketing channels, including potential TikTok campaigns
  • Proactively follow up with clients for appointment reminders and payment collection
  • Assist with financial admin tasks, including reconciling remittances
  • Collaborate on website updates to improve online presence and client engagement
  • Suggest and implement innovative strategies to grow the practice and attract new clients


Requirements
  • Experience with Halaxy CRM or similar healthcare management software
  • Proven track record in email marketing and campaign management
  • Strong grasp of social media marketing strategies and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Familiarity with the counseling or healthcare industry preferred
  • Creative flair for developing engaging content and marketing materials
  • Basic understanding of website maintenance and optimization (nice to have)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
