Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred, 1 - 2 years of technical support experience, Experience using ticketing systems, preferably Zendesk, Moderate troubleshooting skills for Network and RHEL/Ubuntu, Basic understanding of email protocols and Cloud hosting technology.
Key responsabilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Research data to resolve customer issues
- Provide technical guidance remotely to customers
- Monitor and manage support tickets through resolution
- Develop documentation and FAQs to enhance support responses
