Job Description:

As an HR Manager at Flying-Crews.com, your main role will be to identify and post Airline Job Openings in Australia, Canada, the USA, the UK, the UAE, and New Zealand on our Job board. You will ensure that our listings are accurate and current, facilitating connections between Aviation professionals and Airlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify Job Openings within the Aviation industry in AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, and NZ.
  • Collaborate with Airlines to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Create and post Job listings on the Flying-Crews.com Job board, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Regularly update and maintain Job listings to reflect the latest opportunities.
  • Engage with Aviation professionals and Job seekers to provide a seamless platform experience.
  • Monitor Job listing performance and implement improvements to enhance user engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Airlines and other industry stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the marketing and communications team to effectively promote Job listings.
  • Collaborate with the development team to improve the user experience on our Job board.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Aviation recruitment.

HR Management:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure legal compliance.
  • Conduct training and development sessions to enhance skills and productivity.

In this role, you will engage with SIX Airlines daily, spending 30-45 minutes with each to source new Openings from their career sections. Youll also visit their official websites for additional opportunities, which you will promptly publish on our Job Board with a shareable URL and relevant hashtags for promotion on LinkedIn, Linktree, and Instagram. You will also need to create 4-5 minute video Job descriptions for daily Openings.

As an HR Manager, maintaining a strong presence on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Linktree, and Instagram is essential. Additionally, you will oversee our extensive online Aviation Internship program.
