Job description

Our client is seeking a talented and driven Senior Human Resources Manager to join a dynamic team and lead HR initiatives across the organization. This role plays a critical part in shaping the company’s HR strategy and fostering a positive workplace culture.

As an HR leader, you will provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. You will work closely with senior management to align HR practices with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business plan
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Manage employee performance through effective performance management programs
  • Support employee development initiatives, including training and professional growth opportunities
  • Foster positive employee relations and handle conflict resolution effectively
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
  • Provide data-driven insights by analyzing HR metrics and making recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior HR role
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and build relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform HR decisions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
