Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update records of customer interactions in the company database.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and company policies to deliver accurate information.
  • Monitor and report recurring issues to help improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
