Administrative Assistant, Office of President & CEO
Remote, Travel Required to attend Meeting and Conferences

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefitting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. What You’ll Do
 

The Administrative Assistant to the Executive Office performs a wide variety of functions to support the activities of the Office of the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Foundation’s Executive Team. Under the direction of the Executive Chief of Staff,  the Administrative Assistant is expected to consistently and effectively: (1) assist to meet internal and external commitments and to accomplish organizational and individual goals, (2) represent interests as needed in an efficient, effective and collaborative manner, and (3) act as a trusted confidante, keeping the best interests of the organization at the decisional forefront at all times.

This position provides comprehensive administrative support to the Office of the President and CEO team on key organizational priorities, activities, and initiatives set by the CEO, Executive Team, and Board of Directors. This position requires tact, judgment, professionalism, and diplomacy as well as the ability to balance the needs of the organization, the needs of employees and legal considerations.

  • Illustrate flexible, team-oriented, collaborative work style, with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal and external constituents. 

  • Implement and uphold protocols for managing, proofreading and categorizing documentation to ensure systematic organization, accuracy and accessibility.

  • Assist in organizing and supporting logistics for organization-wide meetings, internal leadership groups, and cross-departmental initiatives, including calendaring, note-taking, and tracking the completion of action items from meetings.

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range:

$20.00 - $24.00
