Job Summary:

Requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities may include working under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations, training, delegating, and reviewing the work of lower-level employees. Problems are typically difficult and non-routine, but not complex.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provides technical expertise/support in assisting clients with installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs including:

    • Serving as the key customer contact on technical and service-related problems to achieve required product/service performance standards and total customer satisfaction

    • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical/service issues Instructing clients on the proper usage and operation of equipment •Documenting and maintaining clients' service logs

    • Preparing reports for product failure analysis and serviceability issues and escalating to relevant engineering teams

  • Comply with all policies and standards.

  • Any other job responsibilities as assigned by management and subject to modification.

  • Up to 90% travel within Ontario

Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bilingual English / French preferred

  • College or University degree

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of related experience. Highly skilled in specialized area.

  • Advanced skill set within role. As a skilled specialist, completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways.
