POSITION PROFILE & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsible for applying advanced knowledge of finance principles, concepts, theories, and techniques. Leads specialized finance related activities as consolidated financial statement (actual and forecast) under US GAAP for Headquarters in USA. Coordinates information flow and support subsidiaries in accounting matters in order to facilitate the compliance with the Group accounting policies. Prepares customized reports on Sales and orders. Reports directly to the International Commercial Finance Director.

The new resource will support the International Commercial Finance Director in the following activities:

  • Running monthly consolidated financial statements closures (actual and forecast) under US GAAP for Headquarters in USA;
  • Managing intercompany reconciliation process investigating and solving mismatch with Group counterparts;
  • Analysis of Profit & Loss and Balance sheet data of the subsidiaries included in the Group perimeter;
  • Coordinating information flow and support subsidiaries in accounting matters in order to facilitate the compliance with the Group accounting policies;
  • Developing, maintaining and supporting Financial Planning and Consolidation application in Oracle HFM;
  • Monitoring the cash-flow and the credit collection
  • Monitoring the daily sales and orders collection in order to meet the company’s target.
  • Preparing recurring customized reports on Sales and orders
  • Helping setting up ESG reporting requirements

Job holder requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience in audit.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
  • Experience in ESG will be considered preferential
