Responsibilities:

  • Customer authentication
  • Responding to customer service queries and analyzing customer data to provide valuable insights
  • Detect and prevent cases of multiple accounts usage
  • Efficient processing of tickets from other departments
  • Approve or reject payment requests based on fraud analysis
  • Conducting anti-fraud checks when submitting payment requests using Excel data.
