ICONIC21 is expanding their commercial team and is looking for a Head of Business Development

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Reach the commercial goals and metrics that align with the ICONIC21 vision, mission, and objectives;
  • Manage BizDev operations to support commercial strategy and plan;
  • Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with prospects and customers worldwide;
  • Demonstrate and articulate the ICONIC21 technical and operational solutions and their business value effectively;
  • Generate and maintain an accurate pipeline and make timely sales forecasts;
  • Be the key person in the region who is in charge of all sales and support activities;
  • Expand the clients' pipeline and grow their accounts;
  • Maintain existing relationships, overseeing account activities, and pursuing growth opportunities;
  • Attend all regional professional events to generate leads and present the company's products;
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Tech teams to reach the targets and satisfy the partners' needs.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in the relevant industry (content/product provider for casino operators) as a Sales / BizDev manager;
  • Hot list of local partners;
  • Outstanding mastery of creating a sales pipeline and holding the negotiation process;
  • Pro level of usage of necessary tool sets such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, trackers, etc.;
  • Experience in conducting market research and data analysis;
  • Excellent spoken and written English (B2-С1).
