Job description

Our client, a rapidly growing global iGaming company, is seeking a results-driven Senior Affiliate Manager to join their expanding team. This key role involves developing, managing, and growing affiliate partnerships to drive player acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in affiliate marketing, extensive knowledge of the iGaming industry, and excellent relationship-building skills with existing connections.

Position: Senior Affiliate Manager

Reporting to: Co-Founders and CEO
Location: Fully remote
Working Hours: Flexible, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies aimed at achieving player acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, fostering strong relationships to optimize performance.
  • Analyze affiliate performance and continuously optimize campaigns to ensure a high return on investment (ROI).
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements and commission structures, including RS, CPA, and hybrid models.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences to expand the affiliate network.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product, to align affiliate strategies with company goals.
  • Manage affiliate budgets and targets, ensuring consistent progress toward objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on affiliate performance, key metrics, and emerging market trends.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry.
  • An established network within the iGaming affiliate community, particularly in the Curacao markets.
  • Experience using affiliate platforms such as myAffiliates, NetrRefer, or similar.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with an ability to foster partnerships.
  • An analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and making informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to attend industry events as needed.
